Background: The client was a prominent fintech company in digital banking security, transaction authentication, and fraud prevention solutions. They required a micro-course on an introduction to open banking. Open banking was a relatively new and intricate concept for non-technical staff.
Solution: The focus was on simplicity, clear explanation of concepts, and real-life examples of the concepts at work. The subject matter could become fairly technical, so having short terminology boxes helped cement key ideas. Design factored in the company’s brand colours, style, and feel for a coherent experience.
